Endüstriyel Elmas Takım
Starting its foundation studies in 1985,
our company has taken its place in Turkish industry as
an only company registered as ENDÜSTRİYEL ELMAS TAKIM
SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and producing diamond
tools from monobloc natural diamonds used in
machining by completing required administrative and
technological infrastructure in April/1987.
ELMAS TAKIM produces tools of monobloc
natural diamond, synthetic diamond (equivalent to
naturals), PCD, tungsten carbide in various forms
for numeric, standard and CNC counters (computer
controlled digital) used in various sectors such as
primarily in jewellery sector, bracelet from gold and
silver, chains, watch manufacturing sector, contact lens
manufacturing, manufacturers producing aluminium labels
for electronic devices, automotive sector, surface and
cylindrical grinding.
Natural and synthetic diamonds which
ELMAS TAKIM A.Ş. has been using in the manufacturing
since 1987 are first quality. It provides raw material,
like all companies working in this sector, from the
leading countries in diamond marketing through import.
After, it exposes its produced diamond tools to
measurement controls in various levels and test stages,
it commercializes its production to local and foreign
companies in world standards.
Currently, our company has been in
service totally 280 m2 closed area with 25
staff in manufacturing in 180 m2 closed area
located in Istanbul-Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone,
Saraçlar Sanayi Sitesi, manufacturing and office in 60 m2
closed area in Yenibosna Kuyumcu Kent and office
in 40 m2 area in Çemberlitaş. Our company has
completed required machine investment and technical
equipment regulations activities so as to make
production of diamond tools and has initiated mass
production for meeting the requirements of markets.
Our company has been maintaining to
render the best quality service to our respected
customers to meet the requirements of industry and
jewellery with 21 years experience, knowledge and
expertise as of Administration, Research-Development and
staff.
